More children’s books to become movies

There are at least two new movies that will be coming out based on children’s books. The deals have just been made, so no dates yet. Thank you to Fuse #8 for this info.

Paddington Bear
Based on the books by Michael Bond
Produced by David Heyman and Warner Bros
“It’s likely to be live action with a CGI bear in the manner of “Stuart Little.”

Directed by Elizabeth Allen (who directed Aquamarine)
