Borrow Kindle & Nook ebooks for free

Did you know you can borrow (& lend) a huge number of Kindle AND Nook ebooks for free at eBookFling? I’ve lent a number of ebooks, and borrowed one or two. You get to borrow an ebook for about 2 weeks (at least on Amazon). You can only lend an ebook once, but you get a credit for each ebook someone borrows, and you can use those credits to borrow ebooks yourself. I think this is the way it should be–we should be allowed to borrow ebooks from others and lend ebooks that we’ve bought ourselves, just as we can with paper books we’ve bought. (Though I think we should be able to lend an ebook more than once….)

So, if you’ve got an ebook reader, what are you waiting for? Check out eBookFling. It’s free to join and to borrow and lend ebooks.

About Cheryl Rainfield

I write the books I needed and couldn't find as a teen. I write teen fiction--paranormal fantasy and gritty realistic fiction. I'm the author of SCARS (WestSide Books, 2010) #1 ALA QuickPicks, and Governor General Literary Award Finalist, HUNTED (WestSide Books, Oct 2011), STAINED (Harcourt, 2013), The Last Dragon (HIP Books, Sept 2009), and Walking Both Sides (HIP Books, 2011). I joined up awhile back to try it out, but at the time there wasn’t much of a kidlit selection. Is it better now?

  2. I’ve found some to borrow… but I searched for specific books. And yeah, it would be nice if there were more.
